Whipple Service Champions

Whipple Service Champions is currently seeking a dispatcher that has a high-energy, positive attitude and an eye for detail to be part of our dynamic and fast paced office team. If you are GREAT at delivering customer service, resolving problems and you are a team player, you may be the person we are looking for to join our Whipple team! This is  Monday - Friday schedule working 10:30 am -7:00 pm.

Job Description:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians, tech teams, equipment, or service vehicles for normal installation, service, repairs or emergency repairs rendered outside the place of business.
• Communicate between office staff, technicians and customers
• Update schedule availability for current day and three-day board for techs
• Schedule out dispatch board for the next month
• Weekly check of unassigned board calls to ensure follow-up an action
• Transfer scheduled calls to the appropriate technician's board
• Scheduling right tech for job according to technician experience and qualifications

Required Skills:

• High School diploma
• 4+ years Customer Service experience
• 2+ year Dispatch experience required
• Efficient time managing skills and impeccable attendance
• Proficient in the English language. 
• Working knowledge of ServiceTitan dispatching system is preferred
